One node answers one question
If a step means both “waiting for approval” and “already sent,” the next person cannot tell whether it is closed. Split it, and the review has an object.
The public page comes before the campaign story
Before audience or performance talk, the company name, address, email, phone, and privacy entry should already be findable. If those fields are missing, fix the page before discussing channels.
A note is not a promise
A performance note describes an observation that already happened. It is not rewritten into a guaranteed install count or guaranteed revenue.
