After a message, work moves in three steps. The promise does not widen before the scope is aligned.
- Write — Email the topic, the related page, and when you need a reply.
- Align — We answer what sits on the primary line, what sits on the secondary line, and what we cannot do yet.
- Follow up in writing — The next step, the owner, and open items stay on the same thread.
